Well-being
Put a glass where you'll see it and have a drink when you want one, without turning the morning into a hydration test.

The kettle and the coffee machine have obvious places in the morning. Water can be just as easy to reach if you leave a clean glass beside the sink or fill a bottle when you get up.
Have a comfortable drink as you begin the day. Cold, room-temperature, or warm water can be a matter of preference. You don't need two glasses before coffee, a precise deadline after waking, or a special temperature to make the habit worthwhile.
Choose a glass that's easy to hold and keep the water somewhere practical. If you're often thirsty while getting ready, take it with you rather than trying to finish a set amount all at once.
Your fluid needs depend on your circumstances, and drinks and food contribute across the day. Follow any fluid guidance you've been given for a medical condition. There's no need to force extra water just because it's morning.
Once you've had what you want, move on to breakfast or the next part of getting ready. The useful change is having water available without thinking about it, not adding another number to the start of the day.
Choose a scene and add your story. Start a diary of your own with Your Day.
