Well-being
Set an alarm, find a quiet place, and give yourself a short rest before returning to the afternoon.

Some afternoons, you keep rereading the same email while your eyelids get heavier. If your day allows it, try a short rest rather than pushing through another stretch of distracted work.
Choose a safe, comfortable place where you won't be interrupted. Set an alarm for ten minutes before settling in, put notifications aside, and close your eyes. You don't have to fall asleep for the pause to count.
When the alarm sounds, sit up gently and take a moment to become fully alert. Have some water if you'd like, then return to the next task without immediately opening a feed. If ten minutes doesn't suit you, adjust the break rather than treating it as a rule.
A nap isn't the right choice for everyone. If you struggle to sleep at night, daytime naps may be unhelpful; choose a quiet waking break instead and seek advice for ongoing sleep problems. Frequent or unexplained daytime sleepiness also deserves attention beyond a new routine.
This is a little space in the afternoon, not a substitute for the sleep you need at night.
Choose a scene and add your story. Start a diary of your own with Your Day.
