A tool that holds the start of the day. · 2026年10月5日

Bedside alarm clock

A bedside alarm keeps you from opening the lock screen the moment you wake. A fixed ring time anchors weekday and weekend mornings, so the day starts by getting up, not by scrolling. Leaving only a clock by the bed makes “wake now” a bodily cue and helps you hold onto the morning.

Sticky notes

A sticky note on the monitor edge or notebook cover keeps today’s one task in view. It does not vanish like a notification, and peeling it off marks a clear “done.” Using only one note at a time keeps the day’s priority from drifting.
