Well-being
When the afternoon feels slow, notice whether you need a drink, food, movement, or a proper break.

You reach for another coffee because the afternoon feels foggy. Before making it, pause long enough to notice what you might need.
Is water within reach? Have you eaten enough? Have you been sitting at the same task for a long time? You don't need to diagnose the cause of tiredness to make one comfortable change.
If you'd like water, have some and leave the glass or bottle somewhere safe and easy to use. Refill it when convenient rather than waiting until it has been empty for hours. Keep liquids away from electrical equipment.
There isn't a universal amount to finish at three o'clock. Fluid needs vary, and any medical guidance you've been given takes priority. Nor does drinking water explain or fix every headache, tired spell, or concentration problem.
Take another kind of break if that's what would help: eat, change position, or step away from the screen. Persistent or unexplained fatigue deserves attention beyond a new water habit. The useful part of this check is asking the question before automatically adding another cup of caffeine.
