Find a Comfortable Bench for a Lunch Break웰니스일상

You don't need to travel far to spend part of lunch somewhere different. A bench in a nearby park or a quiet outdoor seating area may be enough.

Check the total time: walking there, sitting, and returning all belong to the break. Choose an accessible route and a place that feels safe, with shade or shelter when needed. On a day with poor air quality or uncomfortable weather, an indoor alternative may be better.

Let the seat be the destination

Eat there if it's suitable and you have food stored safely, or simply sit after lunch. Watch people pass, talk to a colleague, or leave a few minutes unfilled. You don't need to close your eyes or carry out a relaxation exercise in a public space.

Keep belongings secure and follow local rules. Use the sun protection appropriate to the conditions and your needs.

Leave enough time to return without rushing. The useful break isn't exactly fifteen minutes on a particular bench; it's a comfortable interval away from the usual workspace, with room for the journey as well as the sitting.
