Give One Tuesday Task a Focus Block일상

By Tuesday, you may have a better sense of the week than you did on Monday. If there's room, reserve a block for one piece of work that keeps getting pushed between messages.

Choose a concrete outcome: outline the report, review a section of code, or draft three slides. “Catch up on everything” won't tell you where to begin or when to stop.

Make the block fit the work

Ninety minutes is one option, not a universal attention span. Use a shorter session if that suits you, and include breaks. Gather the files you need before beginning, then tell anyone affected when you'll be available again.

Work on the next visible step. If another task occurs to you, note it briefly instead of switching immediately. Keep an agreed path open for urgent responsibilities.

At the end, save what you've done and write the next action before leaving the task. If you didn't finish, decide where it belongs next rather than overrunning the rest of the day.

Tuesday isn't inherently everyone's best working day. Keep the time slot only if it helps you give important work a fair amount of uninterrupted attention.
