WEEK

Monday, write one thing you will not do this week

A Monday line for one thing you will not take on this week. A different scene from picking three tasks for today.

월요일, 이번 주 안 할 일 하나 적기

A week fills up with yes. On Monday morning, write one thing you will not take on before the list grows. This is not Thursday's three tasks for today, and it is not Sunday's check of three plans. This slot is one line of no.

You do not need to choose this every day. One line for the week is enough.

Why one

Choosing what to do still matters, but a week that is already full stays in rhythm when you stop adding. A perfect weekly plan is not the goal. In about ten minutes, you close one thing with the line: not this week.

How

1. On Monday, open a note or a corner of the calendar. It can sit beside the coffee-and-calendar read, but you do not rebuild the whole week.

2. Write one sentence: this week I will not do that one thing. Pick something you would otherwise accept, such as a new meeting, an errand that only feels urgent, or a task that cannot finish this week.

3. Do not drop sleep, meals, or a short bit of movement. The thing you skip is something that would add more work.

4. If it comes back midweek, read the sentence once. Do not renegotiate it every day. Do not score it on Friday. If you kept it, leave it. If you did not, choose a smaller one next Monday.

What not to do

Do not grow this into ten things you will not do. Do not replace Thursday's three priorities or Friday's three wins with this one line. Do not mix it with moving unfinished tasks from Friday onto Monday and turn it into a list of what you failed to do.

In one line

Monday, one thing you will not do this week. Close one boundary before the list grows.
