AIR
A space routine: between focus blocks, open a window briefly to refresh the room air instead of only decluttering objects.

Space routines often talk drawers, cables, and plants. This one is air. Long sitting in a closed room makes the head heavy. When a focus block ends, ventilate for two minutes.
It does not overlap tips about fewer desk objects or colors. Timing matters: open the window at the end of a block (timer, sent mail, meeting done).
Crack the window 10-20 cm, stand, roll your shoulders once. On harsh outdoor days keep it short; on bad air-quality days shorten or skip.
In extreme temperatures use a gap, not a wide open window. The goal is mixing air once, not fighting the thermostat. Close and start the next block.
Less stuffiness and a built-in cue to stand between blocks. Space is not only furniture; air fills it too.
