In the afternoon, empty the cup on your desk once루틴일상

At four in the afternoon the cup is still on the desk. It is water left from lunch, or tea that went cold in the morning. The screen has moved on. The cup has not.

The leftover drink is not the problem. While the cup stays, the desk is still holding the last block of time. Empty it once, and the next hour starts on a clear surface.

Pick up the cup. Finish what is left, or pour it out. Do only one of those.

Rinse it once at the sink. Do not start the whole washing up.

Bring the cup back to one corner of the desk. Not beside the keyboard, and not on the notebook.

Sit down and open only the first line of the next task. Leave the cup alone.

Even on a long afternoon, once is enough. The empty spot is there for the next piece of work.
