Keep the Kitchen Tools You Actually Use Easy to Reach루틴일상

A kitchen can be full of useful things and still be difficult to cook in. The pan you want is under three others, and the cupboard takes careful rearranging every time you put a bowl away.

Choose one shelf or category rather than emptying the whole kitchen. Notice what you use regularly and what suits the way you actually cook. Keep enough for your household, visitors, accessibility needs, and meals you enjoy making.

Move before you discard

Place everyday tools where they're easy to reach safely. Put occasional items elsewhere if space allows. Check damaged equipment and dispose of it appropriately, but don't get rid of something useful simply to meet a minimalist number.

Try the arrangement for a week. Does it make taking out a saucepan and putting it back easier? Are the dishes you need available without running half-empty loads or washing up after every sip?

Donate or pass on surplus items only when you've decided you won't miss them. A working kitchen doesn't have to be sparse. It should give the meals you want to make a straightforward place to begin and an uncomplicated way to finish.
