Eat Lunch Away from Your Workspace일상

When you work from home, lunch can end up happening in front of your laptop. Today, take your meal a little farther from your workspace. If you don't have a dining table, try a comfortable spot by the window or another place where you're unlikely to open your computer.

You don't have to focus intensely on every bite. Simply eating away from the screen and returning to your desk afterward creates a boundary between work and lunch. Start with one meal.
