MOVE
A daily movement cue: stand whenever you take or place a phone call to break long sitting.

Long sitting stiffens the back and dulls focus. If a workout slot is hard to find, attach movement to a cue you already have. The phone call is that cue.
Unlike stretch alarms or 25-minute timers, calls arrive on their own. Standing when the phone rings or when you dial removes the need to remember a separate exercise.
Apply to incoming and outgoing calls. Earpiece or handset, stand when the call starts. Take a few steps to a window if you can. Sit again when it ends.
Camera-on meetings can be an exception. This routine targets voice calls. It is not a standing-desk cycle or a walking meeting. It only creates sit → brief stand.
Week one: incoming calls only is enough. Then add outbound. Many short stands beat one forgotten workout.
