Start the Morning with One Familiar Song일상

Sometimes the first search of the morning is for the right music. Before you've chosen, you've checked a notification and opened another app. One song already picked can make the start simpler.

Choose something you enjoy hearing more than once. Save it somewhere easy to play, and use it during an ordinary part of the morning: opening the curtains, getting dressed, or making breakfast.

Let it be a cue, not a clock

Keep the volume comfortable for you and the people around you. You don't need to finish getting ready before the song ends, and replaying it isn't required. Keep important alarms or calls audible if you rely on them.

Try the same song for a few mornings. If you get tired of it, change it; familiarity doesn't have to become an obligation. You can also choose silence on a day when that's what you want.

The song doesn't need to create the perfect mood or make the day productive. It can simply be a small thing you like hearing before the rest of the day's voices begin.
