On the move
When you get somewhere early, try leaving those spare minutes unfilled before the next part of your day begins.
When you arrive somewhere, it's easy to start sending messages, checking the next event, or figuring out where to go. When your schedule allows, arrive five minutes early and leave that time unfilled. Sit down if there's a seat, or look around near the entrance.
You don't have to clear your mind or make the moment meaningful. Give yourself a little time to notice that the trip is over. Skip it on packed days and try it when you have room.
