Record a Short Voice Note on the Way Home일상

Some thoughts stay unfinished at the end of work. You don't want another meeting, but you may want to say the sentence somewhere. A short voice note can be a low-effort alternative to a written journal.

Set up the recording while stationary and choose a quiet, safe place. If walking would divide your attention, stop to record instead. Avoid roads, crossings, crowded paths, and anywhere a phone in your hand would make the journey less safe.

Begin with one question

What went well? What's still on your mind? What would make tonight easier? Choose one, speak for a minute or two, and stop when you have what you need. You don't have to fill the whole walk.

Keep confidential work details and other people's personal information out of a recording, especially in public. Check how your recording app stores and backs up files. You can delete the note after listening, keep it privately, or never replay it.

When you reach home, let the recording end with the journey. It's a place to leave a thought, not another document that needs editing before the day can be over.
