CALF
CHAIR
In the afternoon, sit back against the chair once, then continue with the next sentence.

As the afternoon deepens, your back leaves the chair. Your shoulders move toward the screen, and a gap opens between your lower back and the backrest. The work is the same. Only the posture has slid forward.
Staying in one posture makes the next task feel heavier. Sitting back is not a workout. It is a way to sit down again for the rest of the afternoon.
Draw the chair in until your back meets the backrest. Do not recline it.
Put both feet on the floor. Do not hook one foot on the chair.
Let your shoulders drop away from your ears. In that position, write only the next sentence.
If you slide forward again, come back once. Do not try to correct it all afternoon.
When the chair takes your back, the distance to the screen comes back a little too. Today, that one return is enough.
