A 2-minute wellness break: 20 wrist circles between keyboard sessions to release tension.

All-day typing locks wrists in one position. Inserting a release before pain arrives is the entire point. Two minutes is enough.
Lift hands off the keyboard, make loose fists. Rotate clockwise 10 times, counter-clockwise 10 times. One rotation per second. Round, wide, slow is the key.
End of a pomodoro, before a video call, or before getting up for coffee. Use 'hands off keyboard' as the cue rather than a fixed time. This naturally hits 3-4 times a day.
After circles, spread fingers wide for 5 seconds, then fist for 5 seconds, repeat 3 times. Addresses finger fatigue too. Still under 2 minutes total. Look away from the screen.
Do not force rotations through existing pain. If it already hurts, see a doctor first. This routine is prevention, not treatment. Light, easy, daily repetition is the point.
