Everyday routines
If it's comfortable, use an ordinary voice call as a reminder to change position for a moment.

A phone call gives you a natural pause in typing. When the next one comes, try standing up before you answer, if you're somewhere safe and it feels comfortable.
Stay beside a stable surface or take a few easy steps in a clear space. Keep cables, furniture, and anything you might trip over out of the way. You can sit back down at any point; a long call doesn't need to become a long standing session.
If you need to take notes, use a screen, or remain seated, let the call be a reminder to adjust your position instead. The movement should fit the conversation and your body.
Begin with one call rather than a rule for every ring. Linking a small change to something that already happens can be easier to remember than adding another alarm to the day.
