Three public-health notes that touch this week's routines, each with a short summary and a source link. ·
- 01
Keep the hour before bed quiet, and keep naps short
NHLBI suggests using the hour before bed as quiet time and avoiding bright screens such as a TV or computer. Caffeine can last up to 8 hours, so a late afternoon coffee can make it harder to fall asleep. If night sleep is difficult, take naps earlier in the afternoon and keep adult naps to 20 minutes or less.

The weekly 150 minutes do not have to happen in one block
CDC guides adults toward 150 minutes of moderate activity a week plus muscle strengthening on 2 days, and notes that the 150 minutes can be split up. Thirty minutes a day on five days is one example, and some activity helps more than none.

Keep seated screen leisure under two hours a day
The Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency health portal suggests limiting leisure time spent sitting still with a computer, phone, or TV to under two hours a day, and notes that even a little movement helps. Walking and household tasks count as physical activity.
